Le Mont Eden, volcan endormi de 196 m de haut, est le plus haut point naturel de la région d'Auckland. Son cratère en forme de bol mesure 50 m de profondeur!
La montée est assez abrupte, mais la vue en vaut la peine!
C'est l'un des principaux 'monuments' d'Auckland.
